Job Description
As a Part-Time Sales Consultant at iStore Queens, Cape Town, your role is to drive customer engagement and maximise sales within the store. You will provide customers with hands-on experiences using the latest Apple products and services. This includes proactively identifying their needs, delivering tailored product recommendations, and ensuring an excellent customer journey. The position offers flexibility, requiring only 138 working hours per month, making it suitable for individuals who cannot commit to a full-time role. You’ll receive full training and support on iStore products and services to ensure success.

How to Apply
Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming environment
Provide expert advice and hands-on demonstrations of Apple products
Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Stay up to date on Apple product features and promotions
Ensure merchandise is well displayed and the store is kept clean and organized
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall store performance
Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge and service skills
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
Preferred Experience:
Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
Familiarity or interest in Apple products and technology
Key Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service orientation
Passion for technology and innovation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and availability to work retail hours
