Job Description
The Omni Marketing Assistant will partner with the Senior Omni Marketing Co-Ordinator to roll out direct marketing strategies for Sportscene and Archive. The role involves creating and scheduling marketing emailers via Bloomreach, coordinating creative assets through monday.com, communicating new campaigns internally and externally, assisting Omni Merchants with website updates and calendar tracking, and compiling monthly marketing performance reports. Collaboration with internal teams and international/local brand marketing teams like Nike, Adidas Originals, and Puma is integral, along with participation in bi-weekly meetings and product launches. Ad-hoc marketing support tasks are also part of the role.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with Senior Omni Marketing Co-Ordinator on marketing strategy execution
Create and schedule marketing emailers using Bloomreach
Brief Design Team on creative needs via monday.com
Communicate campaign and launch information to internal and external partners
Support Omni Merchants with website quality checks, creative updates, and product carousels
Compile and deliver monthly marketing reports for merchant and management teams
Collaborate with TFG Rewards Team on broader marketing initiatives
Work closely with external brand marketing teams (e.g., Nike, Adidas, Puma)
Attend brand meetings and offsite product and strategy sessions
Handle ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as needed
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing
Experience:
1–2 years’ experience in an Online/Omni Marketing role
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
Creativity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite; knowledge of Bloomreach and Monday.com is an advantage
