Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for achieving sales targets, minimizing shrinkage, and managing costs in line with company standards. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team, ensuring a strong focus on excellent customer service and executing in-store merchandising strategies. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing staff, handling employee relations, performance management, and executing company policies and procedures effectively to optimize store operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive turnover to meet or exceed targets
Control store expenses within budget
Manage stock losses to minimize shrinkage
Recruit, train, and develop staff
Manage employee relations and performance
Implement and maintain in-store merchandising strategies
Execute customer service strategies to maximize satisfaction
Fulfill customer demands promptly and professionally
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Matric certificate
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
At least 1 year of store leadership experience
