How to Apply
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Supervise and lead operational staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on operational metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Provide regular updates to management on operational status and challenges.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
Handle escalated issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Make decisions regarding resource allocation, scheduling, and operational priorities.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Promote a culture of safety and enforce safety protocols in the workplace.
Continuous Improvement:
Propose and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate relevant innovations into operations.
Qualification: BBA or Degree in a Management field
Experience: At least 3 years in management & supervisory role in ICT sector
