Mangu Delivery Uganda is seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Officer to join their team in Mbarara. The role involves overseeing daily delivery operations, managing customer communication, and tracking operational performance to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily delivery operations and dispatch coordination
- Monitor rider performance and ensure timely deliveries
- Manage customer communication and resolve operational issues
- Track deliveries, fuel usage, and operational expenses
- Maintain accurate records and prepare simple performance reports
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are met
- Support growth and operational efficiency initiatives
