Unique Clay Works is seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility and ensure the seamless flow of our handcrafted clay products from design to delivery. The ideal candidate will be experienced in manufacturing operations, team leadership, and process improvement, with a passion for artisanal craftsmanship and quality control.
