Job Purpose
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all daily waste collection activities, ensuring timely service delivery, efficient team management, fleet performance, adherence to safety standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

How to Apply
Plan and coordinate daily waste collection routes to optimize efficiency.
Supervise drivers, loaders, and field team leaders to maintain productivity and discipline.
Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and manage breakdowns effectively.
Address and resolve client complaints promptly to ensure high service quality.
Promote team discipline, safety compliance, and overall workforce productivity.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.
Respond proactively to operational challenges and ensure swift resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, fleet, or logistics management.
Proven experience managing drivers and casual labor teams.
Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and route planning.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
