Job Description
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results to support patient care.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures as per medical standards.
- Collect, label, and process patient samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory environment.
- Monitor stock levels of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Follow quality control procedures and infection prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with medical staff to support diagnosis and treatment.
