Job Description
Regularly update the management information systems & databases as per standing procedures or as guided from time to time.
Ensure proper filing & management of client records throughout the customer life cycle with the company.
Lead the innovation, business improvement and business development arm of the operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team day today activities/work plans and performances
- Manage and support the customer support team operations and general performance
- Support and manage Lease repayments, recovery and customer onboardings
- Follow up on all generated leads and push for deal closure within reasonable timelines.
- Represent the company in sales, partner and regulatory conversations.
- Regularly update the management information systems & databases as per standing procedures or as guided from time to time.
- Ensure proper filing & management of client records throughout the customer life cycle with the company.
- Lead the innovation, business improvement and business development arm of the operations.
- Take on any other legitimate duties/assignments as assigned by the supervisor/management from time to time.
- Coordinate and support field-based recovery activities
- Lead the portfolio management initiatives & performance, taking appropriate recovery steps
- Act as the Managing Director’s key support person and twice
- Coordinate client recruitment and pre disbursement activities
- Lead the company’s administrative function and drive the right people’s culture.
Performance Indicators; Your performance will be broadly measured on the following Key performance indicators (employer has a right to vary roles and indicators from time to time):
- Quality and size of the loans portfolio
- Number of sales closed
- Customer and employee satisfaction score
- MIS systems & database updates compliance rates
