Job Description
Maizey UG is looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern to support our aggregation activities in Nakasongola. This is a 3-month field-based role, ideal for someone who wants real, hands-on experience in agribusiness operations and supply chain coordination.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Work directly with farmers to coordinate maize aggregation
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely purchase and delivery to off-takers
- Manage storage and stock records
- Supervise weighing and ensure weight reconciliation at delivery
- Support daily operational reporting
