Duty Station: Ntinda, Kampala, Uganda
Are you a logistics guru with a passion for execution and efficiency? Delivery App, Uganda’s newest on-demand delivery service, is looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to run daily logistics, manage rider performance, and ensure customers receive their deliveries on time, every time.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations.
Recruit, train, and supervise delivery agents.
Set delivery zones, shift schedules, and fulfillment workflows.
Track performance metrics like delivery time and order accuracy.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Experience in logistics, fleet, or operations management.
