• Monitor and analyze the performance of all routes within the Uganda Airlines network, focusing on revenue, load factor, yield, and market share.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on route performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to recommend adjustments to route schedules, capacity, and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark Uganda Airlines’ route network and identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in route evaluation projects, supporting the launch of new routes or the adjustment of existing ones based on performance data.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align network performance objectives and support commercial initiatives.
• Support the Revenue Management Manager in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all route network analysis and recommendations.
