Job Description
The National Content Graduate Trainee will work under the guidance of the National Content Team to implement and monitor strategies that promote local content and community development. Responsibilities include researching national content regulations and best practices, analyzing data related to local workforce and suppliers, organizing stakeholder engagements, and facilitating training and awareness programs.
The trainee will also assist in compliance monitoring, prepare documentation, and collaborate with internal departments such as HR and procurement to align business activities with national content objectives. This position provides exposure to the intersection of corporate operations, policy, and sustainable development in the oil and gas sector.

How to Apply
Conduct research on policies and best practices related to national content.
Analyze trends in workforce participation, local supplier engagement, and economic inclusion.
Support stakeholder engagement events, including workshops with communities and government entities.
Compile reports and maintain compliance documentation.
Assist in monitoring EACOP’s adherence to national content regulations.
Support the development of training materials and facilitate capacity-building workshops.
Contribute to outreach efforts including website content, press releases, and social media posts.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Procurement, and Projects) to embed national content considerations into project delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Procurement and Purchasing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong interest in national content development, stakeholder engagement, and community empowerment.
Excellent research, data analysis, and report writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
