Job Description
The Management Trainee – Marketing Department role is designed to provide fresh graduates with structured training and hands-on experience in banking marketing operations. The successful candidate will support the marketing team in implementing campaigns, driving brand visibility, supporting digital initiatives, and contributing to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking to build a career in banking and marketing.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in coordinating digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and content management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Support brand management and ensure consistent brand representation across channels.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, activations, and community engagement initiatives.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department as required.
