Job Title: Medical Supplies Sales Officer

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Supplies Sales Officer with a strong background in the medical field, whether it be in equipment or pharmaceutical sales. This position offers the right person an opportunity to align with company goals and secure a vital role in our growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales management and the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to the supplies team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical field or a similar industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.
