Job Description
Job Title: LPG Sales Executive (Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: MOGAS Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive sales and promote the operations of the LPG business to achieve company market share and profit goals.
Support the LPG business in achieving market share and profit objectives.
Provide timely reports to support management in decision-making as needed.
Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on sales opportunities for the company.
Conduct market research to assess competition, including sourcing and pricing trends, and recommend strategies to drive market growth and penetration.
Develop and implement a proactive sales and marketing strategy to promote and sell the company’s products, contributing to the expansion of the customer base and achieving sales and profit targets within the approved budget.
Play an active role in executing activities that drive business growth and development.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
A minimum of two years’ experience in marketing or a sales-related field role.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Handle multiple tasks & deadlines with a proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Good problem-solving skills and professional skepticism.
Any experience in the oil and gas or FMCG industry is an added advantage
