Job Description

Job Title: LPG Sales Executive (Fresher Jobs)

Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and promote the operations of the LPG business to achieve company market share and profit goals.

  • Support the LPG business in achieving market share and profit objectives.

  • Provide timely reports to support management in decision-making as needed.

  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on sales opportunities for the company.

  • Conduct market research to assess competition, including sourcing and pricing trends, and recommend strategies to drive market growth and penetration.

  • Develop and implement a proactive sales and marketing strategy to promote and sell the company’s products, contributing to the expansion of the customer base and achieving sales and profit targets within the approved budget.

  • Play an active role in executing activities that drive business growth and development.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in marketing or a sales-related field role.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Handle multiple tasks & deadlines with a proactive approach

  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

  • Good problem-solving skills and professional skepticism.

  • Any experience in the oil and gas or FMCG industry is an added advantage
