About the Role:
Jubilee Insurance Uganda is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the delivery of high-standard healthcare services to our policyholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring medical quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, reviewing claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Additional certification in healthcare quality (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
Solid experience in medical claims assessment, review, and quality assurance.
Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in healthcare management systems and tools.
