Job Description

We’re Hiring Production Assistant (Jinja, Uganda) At Brispark Initiative Uganda, we transform agricultural waste into clean, affordable eco-fuel – and our production team is growing!

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking #Production Assistant to support daily operations at our Jinja facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is passionate about sustainability and green solutions.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in daily production activities, including material preparation, machine operation, and packaging.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Support quality control by checking products for consistency and standards.
Follow safety and environmental guidelines at all times.
Help monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Report production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
