Job Description
St Mary's high school Busamaga Mbale is a mixed day and boarding school offering both arts and sciences at O'lvel and A' level.
The school is located in Busamaga trading centre Mbale city along Mbale Bufumbo Road.
We have experienced and competent staff for both levels.

Applications a hereby invited from qualified Ugandans males and females for the year 2024 to fill the following vacant position in St Marys High School Busamaga Mbale due to increase in enrolment of learners.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Matron is responsible for the welfare and discipline of the boarding students.
The Matron oversees the daily routines of the students, such as wake-up, meals, study time, recreation, and bedtime.
The Matron also ensures that the students are healthy, safe, and comfortable in their dormitories.
The Matron works closely with the teachers, the school nurse, and the administration to address any issues or concerns that may arise among the students.
The Matron is expected to be a role model and a mentor for the students, as well as a firm but fair authority figure.
