Job Description
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing the company’s digital presence. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing. The successful candidate will collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement across all platforms.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote company services
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and website updates
Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
Plan and coordinate promotional events and exhibitions
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through marketing channels

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
A Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage)
Experience:

Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create engaging content for various audiences
Creativity and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
