Job Description
To develop ICT strategies and monitor the implementation, and maintenance of the Stadium’s ICT infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation initiatives to ensure efficiency, security, and innovation in service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Stadium’s ICT and digital services strategy, policies, and standards to support automation and commercialization.
- Coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of ICT systems, databases, and communications infrastructure.
- Develop systems and procedures for operationalizing digital revenue platforms including online ticketing, e-payments, digital access control, and event management systems.
- Initiate and develop systems that support data backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Develop digitalized systems to enhance business growth, including mobile apps, digital marketing tools, and customer engagement platforms.
- Maintain ICT asset inventory and ensure licensing compliance.
