Job Description
Assist with procurement and oversee the maintenance of office and official residence facilities, equipment, and properties, including coordination of repairs with service providers.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, security companies, and the police, including handling quotations, invoices, and service agreements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement and oversee the maintenance of office and official residence facilities, equipment, and properties, including coordination of repairs with service providers.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, security companies, and the police, including handling quotations, invoices, and service agreements.
- Prepare official letters and statements, and coordinate with government ministries.
- Collect, analyze, and share public safety and security information.
- Collect information on the security situation of other diplomatic missions.
- Serve as a point of contact for emergency response.
- Support official events, including preparation, coordination with the police and security companies, and on-site assistance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
