Branch Coordinator – SME (Small and Medium Enterprise Loans) - 10 Jobs Job at Platinum Credit (U) Ltd

Job Description
To market, appraise and directly participate in collection of SME loans in line with stipulated company rules and policies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all staff under your supervision on a daily/weekly/monthly basis attain their assigned disbursement and collections targets.
- Analyse disbursement and collections reports and drive appropriate intervention for each individual under your supervision.
- To lead the branch team to ensure that all approved processes (loan origination, appraisal, approval and monitoring) are adhered to.
- To conduct field visits to clients, guarantors and relevant stakeholders in the branch area of coverage.
- To chair the loan committee, sit in the disbursement meeting and ensure all the loan documentation is in the file and the necessary lending processes are adhered to.
- To recruit, onboard, retain, train and coach new and existing staff at the branch on all processes to grow and maintain a good quality portfolio.
- Performance management; inform/engage, remediation plan and action, documentation and staff appraisal to ensure continuous performance improvement for all branch staff.
