Job Description

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Grow diaspora customer base and drive usage of banking products.
Maintain and deepen client relationships to increase retention and wallet share.
Execute strategic marketing and recruitment campaigns in key international markets.
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships within the diaspora ecosystem.
Conduct market research and track competitor activity to guide product innovation.
Ensure delivery of exceptional service to diaspora clients.
Organize internal training to improve staff knowledge and sales of diaspora products.
Build and manage a quality asset portfolio within acceptable risk thresholds.
Generate management reports for performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks (SOPs, AML, CFT, KYC, etc.).
Perform daily operations including account openings, onboarding to digital channels, processing of loan and mortgage applications, addressing customer queries, and initiating outreach activities (calls, mailings, marketing).
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
Professional Qualifications: Certifications in Financial and Banking fields (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACIB).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Credit Analysis and Customer Relationship Management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service and marketing ability
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Proven experience in diaspora banking or international market engagement
Understanding of banking compliance and risk standards
