How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, cleaning, and safety inspections.
• Manage maintenance staff, schedule shifts, and oversee vendor contracts for outsourced services.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate facility improvement projects and budget for maintenance expenses.
• Maintain records of repairs, safety checks, and inventory.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
