Authorized to approve or reject starting materials, intermediates, packaging materials, resuming production after shutdown, new suppliers, and change requests in the absence of the QA manager.
Authorized to release finished product batches in the absence of the company pharmacist.
Authorized person for pharmacovigilance.
Authorized to approve or reject starting materials, intermediates, packaging materials, resuming production after shutdown, new suppliers, and change requests in the absence of the QA manager.
To develop new and make changes to the existing quality systems to enable continuous improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors of Pharmacy
Registered with Pharmaceutical Society of Uganda
A relevant Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
5 years of progressive experience, preferably in a busy pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

Basic GMP training
