AORW-U initially started as a self-help group for a few women refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo, who could meet once a week to discuss their well-being in Uganda.

Job Title: M&E Officer

Job Summary: AORW-U is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to support our programs. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage M&E systems to track program progress and impact.

How to Apply
Develop and implement M&E plans and tools
Collect, analyze, and report on program data
Conduct data quality assessments and evaluations
Support program staff in using M&E data for decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to disseminate M&E findings
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., statistics, economics, social sciences)
2+ years of M&E experience
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, STATA)
