How to Apply
Receive, verify, and process customer orders, documentation, and instructions.
Coordinate logistics services across multiple stakeholders – including branch offices, the principal office, export teams, and subcontractors.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch of shipping and billing documents (including bills of lading).
Monitor daily transaction progress, proactively representing client interests.
Handle client invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all proof of delivery is secured before file closure.
Proactively communicate shipment updates to clients and recommend operational improvements.
Conduct and report on monthly client visits to maintain strong working relationships.
Escalate any incidents, accidents, or irregularities that may have financial implications.
Ensure full compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supplies and Logistics Management or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in logistics, clearing & forwarding, or shipping (preferably in a reputable company).
Skills and Competencies:
Strong customer orientation with a commercial mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is essential).
Ability to meet deadlines consistently with minimal supervision.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
