How to Apply
Ensure timely and accurate updates in the customs bonds management system.
Prepare and submit daily customs bond status reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and branches to collect and process bond-related documents.
Manage the cancellation and reconciliation of transit bonds and manifest accountability.
Liaise with URA, DPC, and other regulatory bodies for documentation, approvals, and inquiries.
Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to bonds.
Address and resolve any bond-related issues with authorities such as URA.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics Management or a related field.
East African Customs and Freight Forwarding Certificate is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a reputable organization.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of customs and bond management processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High levels of integrity, self-motivation, and time management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills.
