How to Apply
Operations & Field Support
Coordinate daily logistics operations for smooth program implementation.
Collaborate with field and internal teams to identify and meet logistical needs.
Vendor & Supply Chain Management
Engage with vendors and suppliers to source goods and services per project requirements.
Negotiate contracts, monitor service delivery, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
Inventory & Asset Management
Monitor usage and stock levels of materials, equipment, and PPE.
Implement stock control procedures, including regular audits and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movement and asset allocation.
Transport Coordination
Plan and coordinate transportation of staff, equipment, and supplies to project sites.
Schedule and oversee field travel arrangements, ensuring timely and cost-efficient execution.
Manage relationships with transport vendors and track performance against service agreements.
Monitor and optimize transportation costs while maintaining service standards.
Procurement & Branch-Level Support
Process branch-level purchase requests promptly and accurately.
Work with the procurement team to secure competitive quotes and favorable terms.
Track and document purchase orders, deliveries, and payment progress.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive records of logistics activities, including transportation logs, vendor invoices, and inventory usage.
Reconcile invoiceable services (e.g., car hire, hotels, fuel) before payment approval.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and recommend cost-saving measures.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Degrees in Communication or Marketing may be considered with relevant logistics experience.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain roles.
Previous experience in a coordination or field-based support role is an advantage.
Proficiency in inventory and logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and transportation management.
Analytical and reporting skills to support data-driven logistics decisions.
