Job Description
To support the efficient acquisition, management, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and general services required for daily operations and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and handle procurement of drugs and consumables that meet prescribed safety and health standards at cost-effective prices.
Ensure proper storage of procured items in the main warehouse.
Supply the pharmacy with the correct quantities of drugs and consumables as specified in approved requisitions.
Prepare, maintain, and update all warehouse records accurately.
Ensure a clean, orderly, and safe storage environment for drugs and consumables.
Ensure proper management and coordination of pharmacy suppliers.
Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
Maintain excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant procurement software.
