Collection Officers

• Follow up on loan repayments and manage collections in assigned areas.
• Engage clients professionally to resolve repayment challenges and minimize delinquency.
• Implement recovery strategies for overdue and non-performing loans.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and submit timely reports.
• Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repayment compliance.
