Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and guide them confidently through the loan process in a way they can easily understand
- Explain products simply and clearly so clients understand what they are signing up for
- Capture client details accurately and ensure all documentation is in order
- Handle cash and client records responsibly and with integrity
- Drive branch performance by taking ownership of targets
- Support collections by following up with clients on outstanding accounts and helping find repayment solutions
- Work as one team to keep the branch clean, organised, and operating to the Unifi standard
- Speak up when something is not working and share practical feedback to improve operations
- Live the Unifi values in every interaction — dignity, clear communication, and doing what you say you will do
