Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Own branch performance by knowing your targets and driving your team to hit them consistently
- Lead, develop, and hold accountability for your team — set clear standards, coach daily, and build people
- Support the team to deliver fast, clear, and simple client service
- Approve loans in line with credit guidelines accurately, efficiently, and with client understanding
- Own collections at branch level — stay up to date with overdue accounts and work with clients on solutions
- Onboard and induct new team members, ensuring they are ready before they face clients
- Run a clean and disciplined operation with high standards in cash handling, compliance, and branch administration
- Resolve escalated client complaints with speed and dignity
- Report on branch performance with honesty and flag problems early
- Build a branch people want to be part of — keep energy high and standards excellent
