Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of the livelihood strategy at centre level
- Conduct community livelihood needs assessments to identify economic opportunities and emerging risks
- Support development of the economic empowerment curriculum
- Participate in annual livelihood budget planning, implementation, and accountability
- Coordinate participant selection for livelihood interventions per approved vulnerability criteria
- Identify and link participants to market opportunities, financial literacy, and employment pathways
- Build and strengthen relationships and networks with partners to advance livelihood initiatives
- Spearhead compliance with safeguarding, child protection, and organisational policies
- Coordinate private sector engagement and financial institutions for employment and apprenticeship opportunities
- Identify staff capacity gaps and coordinate training, coaching, and performance reviews
