Job Description
The Public Service Commission Kenya (PSCK) is seeking to recruit 25 Lecturers [2] to join its training and entry-level cadre. This role focuses on academic instruction, practical assessment, and trainee supervision within agricultural specializations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. Duties and responsibilities will include:-
- preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, lesson notes, lecturing and demonstrating in the area of specialization;
- evaluating and assessing trainees;
- supervising demonstrations and practical exercises in areas of specialization;
- supervising trainees on attachment and internship programmes;
- compiling trainees' performance records in areas of specialization; and
- conducting extra-curricular activities.
