The Learning Associate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing effective educational programs that meet the diverse needs of learner. This position requires a passion for education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
The Learning Associate will assess program effectiveness, utilize feedback for continuous improvement, and ensure that learning materials are relevant and engaging.
The ideal applicant should possess a deep understanding of instructional design principles and be proficient in leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences. They should have the ability to train others in the content developed, ensuring that staff and participants can effectively apply what they’ve learned.
The applicant should possess the confidence to analyze data to inform educational strategies and demonstrating leadership in fostering an inclusive learning environment are essential.
Develop and curate instructional materials, resources, and assessments.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for training staff and learners.
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
