Job Description
Provide specialist advise and support for day-to-day work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). Duties and Responsibilities
Research and Identify Potential Leads: Use various tools, databases, and online platforms to identify potential customers or clients who may be interested in the company's products or services.
Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to engage potential leads.
Qualify Leads: Assess the potential leads to determine if they meet the criteria for being a viable customer. This involves understanding their needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, including contact details, communication history, and status, typically using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Coordinate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are handed off for further follow-up and conversion.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer data to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Campaign Development: Assist in developing and executing lead generation campaigns, such as email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation activities, including conversion rates and other key metrics.
Qualifications and Competencies
Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is often preferred, but not always required.
Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, marketing, or a related field is usually required. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is also beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with potential leads and building relationships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify potential leads and improve strategies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, email marketing tools, social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with potential leads and work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-motivated attitude is crucial for seeking out new leads and staying persistent in outreach efforts.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
