Job Description

Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated KS2 Maths & ICT lessons aligned to Cambridge schemes; design schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments; track progress and provide feedback/interventions; cultivate a positive classroom culture and good discipline; communicate effectively with parents and colleagues; support students’ social, emotional, and personal development; participate in staff meetings, PD, school events, and assigned administrative duties; contribute to co-curricular activities where possible.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Mathematics & Computer Studies)

  • ≥ 3 years teaching experience with the Cambridge Curriculum (KS2)

  • Strong grasp of Cambridge assessments and pedagogy

  • Proficiency in ICT, including programming/coding/robotics

  • Creative lesson design to maximize engagement; keen attention to detail

  • Proactive, self-motivated; excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management

  • Commitment to safeguarding and learner welfare

  • Co-curricular coaching/leadership a plus
