Job Description
TakaTaka Solutions is seeking a Junior Engineer to manage machinery maintenance and plant operations. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, supervising technicians, and enhancing process efficiency at their recycling facilities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise regular as well as preventative maintenance of the machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions while coordinating repairs as needed.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Enforce and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Keep the workplace clean
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for machine operators.
- Investigate and report accidents or incidents promptly, implementing corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Report and update production metrics, equipment status, and any issues to the relevant parties.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall plant efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians.
- Motivate and support the team to achieve production goals and targets.
- Analyze and improve existing processes.
- Implement process control systems.
- Data Analysis and Reporting (Use data for decision-making and process enhancements.)
