Operational Duties

• Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines

• Set up, clean, and maintain bar and service areas

• Handle mise-en-place, table settings, and light cleaning

• Take and process food and beverage orders, upselling when possible

• Ensure all sales are recorded and perform cashier duties

• Handle beverage inventory, monitor expiry dates, and resolve discrepancies

• Assist in inventory-taking and maintain proper bar documentation

• Create beverage recipes per brand standards

• Serve guests according to established performance and service standards

Customer Service

• Deliver on the brand promise through exceptional guest service

• Handle guest and internal complaints/inquiries courteously and efficiently

• Maintain a professional image and positive representation of the hotel

General Responsibilities

• Comply with hotel policies on safety, hygiene, fire, and computer use

• Attend required meetings and training sessions

• Stay adaptable to changes within the F&B department

• Carry out other duties as assigned by managers

People and Teamwork

• Maintain strong professional relationships across departments

• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues

• Mentor junior staff and trainees

• Promote teamwork, mutual respect, and a safe work environment
