Job Description
The Accounts Assistant will work closely with the finance department to manage day-to-day accounting duties including data entry, reconciliations, and EFRIS reporting. The role requires a candidate with a basic understanding of accounting principles, practical knowledge of Tally and EFRIS, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. The successful candidate will be based in Malaba Town and will benefit from accommodation, meals, and relocation support.

How to Apply
Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers
Support EFRIS operations including invoice generation and tax reporting
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
Carry out bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
Assist in preparation and submission of tax returns
Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
Good knowledge of EFRIS (required)

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to relocate and reside in Malaba Town
