IT SUPPORT OFFICER (Systems & E-Commerce Enabler)
Role Purpose
To ensure reliable IT systems internally and support the company’s e-commerce platform and IT product offerings.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide internal IT support (hardware, software, networks)
- Support setup and maintenance of e-commerce website
- Assist customers with basic IT product inquiries and setup
- Manage company devices, systems, and cybersecurity basics
- Coordinate with developers and vendors where necessary
- Ensure uptime, backups, and system documentation
Innovation Expectations
- Improve system efficiency and automation
- Suggest new digital tools to improve sales and operations
- Think beyond “fixing issues” to enabling growth
