We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. The Inventory Officer will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory processes to minimize costs while ensuring product availability to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Order Processing:
Verify received shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
Data Analysis:
Utilize inventory management software to analyze data and generate reports.
Identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast future inventory needs.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to inventory transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Communication:
Liaise with internal teams, including procurement and logistics, to optimize supply chain processes.
Respond promptly to inquiries from other departments regarding inventory status.

The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement & Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Proficient in using inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific inventory management practices.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
