Coordinate and monitor the implementation of PSFU's projects and activities, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and PSFU's policies and procedures.

Prepare and submit timely and quality reports, work plans, budgets, and other deliverables to PSFU management and donors.
Liaise and maintain good relationships with PSFU's partners, stakeholders, beneficiaries, and other relevant actors in the private sector.
Conduct research, analysis, and advocacy on issues affecting the private sector development in Uganda, such as policy, regulatory, and institutional reforms.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for resource mobilization, partnership development, and innovation in the private sector.
