Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with processing customer transactions, including cash, mobile money, and electronic payments
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
- Support daily cash balancing and basic reconciliation activities
- Receive, record, and organize stock and inventory items
- Update stock records and assist with inventory counts and audits
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Support customer service by attending to inquiries and guiding customers
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of stock areas
- Assist in preparing basic sales and inventory reports
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
