Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential clients for the company’s technology solutions
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Help explain technical products and services to clients in a clear and customer-friendly manner
- Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales pitches
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
- Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and sales records
- Support follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to align customer requirements with solutions
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports
