How to Apply
Monitor the operations of nurses, midwives, healthcare facilities, and training institutions for compliance with established standards.
Develop inspection tools and guidelines for effective data collection.
Document inspection findings and prepare comprehensive reports.
Collect, analyze, and compile relevant data to inform quality assurance efforts.
Draft and submit inspection work plans and budgets.
Train staff and stakeholders on inspection methodologies and standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Midwifery from a recognized institution.
Valid registration and practicing license from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC).
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
