Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited to:

• Service Desk first-line support.

• Installations of wired and/or wireless networks when needed as well as setting up office equipment like printers, video conference systems, and all the related network connection peripherals with guided assistance.

• Assist in the deployment of Windows 11 and user computer setup.

• ICT Documentation, Asset inventories, and User “How to” Procedures among others.

• Follow up with ICT suppliers on products or services as delegated.

• Generate Monthly reports on ICT activities.

• Participate and contribute to the Weekly ICT meetings.

• Meeting and conferencing support.

  
  

• Note: You will be required to support Stromme Foundation Globally on the service desk at some point as the first line with an escalation by assignment to Colleagues in ICT where you cannot.
