Position Overview
Health Access Connect (HAC) is hiring an ICT Support Officer to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, support systems, and digital platforms. This hands-on technical role includes managing core tools like Odoo, Kobo Toolbox, Google Drive, Power BI, PostgreSQL databases, and cloud services (Azure and AWS). The ICT Officer will also provide training and support to staff, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with external IT service providers. This role is crucial in ensuring the security, efficiency, and scalability of HAC’s digital operations.

How to Apply
Manage and maintain key systems including Odoo, Kobo Toolbox, Power BI, Google Workspace, Slack, and database systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to HAC’s team of 26 users.
Administer cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Azure.
Train staff on software use and ensure IT tools are accessible and secure.
Oversee IT contractors and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
Support compliance with donor requirements and data security best practices.
Assist with technology budgeting and cost-effective solution identification.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
At least 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a non-profit or NGO environment.
Familiarity with open-source platforms and cloud-based systems.
Proficiency in database management and digital dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI).
Strong problem-solving and user support skills.
Experience with data security, systems integration, and managing external vendors.
